EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) otherwise known as security panels or security towers are your first line of defense against theft in your retail store. We have the knowledge, experience and the right staff to help you protect your business.

Electronic article surveillance is a technological method for preventing shoplifting from retail stores or pilferage of books from libraries. Special tags are fixed to merchandise or books. These tags are removed or deactivated by the clerks when the item is properly bought or checked out. At the exits of the store, a detection system sounds an alarm or otherwise alerts the staff when it senses active tags.

Each system we install varies from customer to customer. Dependant apon your needs and your store layout and the items you are selling, that will affect what solution we propose to you.

What is source tagging? Source tagging is a practice where manufactures apply a security label tag inside their products. This way it doesn’t block any information on the packaging and also saves time for the retailer as you don't need to individually tag all the products.. In order to accommodate the two most frequently used technologies there are normally two different kind of labels inside the product.

Here are some of the tags we offer. We are not limited to only these but these are the most popular.

Disposable Tags - Comes in different sizes but can be used on books, liquor store bottles, plastic, boxes, anywhere where other tags do not fit the solution. They do not have as great a pick as the hard tags but they do provide a very cost effective solution.
Dome Tag - Premium tags manufactured in-house for precision tags. Custom logos can also be printed on the curved side of the tag for a unique look.
Hard Tag - With a long detection these tags are a lower cost alternative for the Dome Tags. The tags are available only in White
Mini Hard Tag - Smaller tag with a long detection range provides a perfect combination for Hard Tag system. These tags are available in White only
Bottle Tag/Grip Tag - The Bottle Tags are made to be fastened easily to bottles using a rubber coated metal loop. The tags can also be fastened to other objects such as tennis racket or golf clubs.
Soft Tags - A Soft tag is a pouch containing the coil found inside hard tags. It is useful as a secondary tag or as a primary tag for goods where the thickness is important. Comes with simulated barcode

The Aurora anti-shoplifting system can be used for both hard tags and label tags. The Aurora antenna is available in 4.8 & 8.2MHz for label tags in low frequencies such as 2MHz 3.25MHz and 4.8MHz for a reliable long detection hard tag system. The Aurora can also be made compatible with older existing tags from companies such as Checkpoint and Knogo.
EASy-Advertising is done using this antenna. Product or company posters in standard formats can be inserted to provide quick and easy advertising for the store or products. The antenna is available in two widths depending on your needs.
The Woodstock Swept Frequency system can be used for both hard tags and label tags. The Woodstock antenna is available in 4.8 & 8.2MHz for label tags and small mini hard tags or in low frequencies such as 3.25MHz and 4.8MHz for a reliable long detection hard tag system. The WoodStock can also be made compatible with older existing tags from companies such as Checkpoint and Knogo.
The Niagara anti-shoplifting system can be used for both hard tags and label tags. The Niagara antenna is available in 4.8& 8.2MHz for label tags and small mini hard tags or in low frequencies such as 3.25MHz and 4.8MHz for a reliable long detection hard tag system. The Niagara can also be made compatible with older existing tags from companies such as Checkpoint and Knogo.
